The Metallic masterbatch pigments produced in a relatively high dosage in the masterbatch and subsequently in a low dosage in the final plastics by injection moulding or extrusion. Besides polystyrene, other polymers, such as ABS, PVC, LDPE and PP are also used as carriers.

Aluminium pellets
Pelletized aluminium pigment is in silver color, main made by aluminium powder and wax, the maximum temperature is 300 degree celsius, aluminium pallets have advantages at lowest odorse, no heavy smell, excellent glossy and whitness.
Aluminum pellets is composed of aluminum powder, additives and carriers, and the aluminum powder is silver dollar or corn flake shaped, with a particle size range of 6-100um. The content of aluminum powder in aluminum pellets arround 80%, and the balance 20% is the carrier and solvents. The aluminum pellets heat resistance up to 280 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.

Emergency meansures
Once on fire, please use chemical powder or the fire-resistant sands to put it out.
If the pigment enter into eyes by accident, should be washing for at least 15minutes and turn to doctor for consultation on time.
Water treament
Small amount of discarded aluminium pigment can only by burn in a safety place and under the supevision persons .
