Bronze powder, also known as copper zinc gold powder or gold powder, is a super fine, flake shaped metal powder. The production process includes ingot welding, powder spraying, ball milling, polishing, and oxidation of copper and zinc as the main raw materials. Copper alloys shows various colors in the surface, including red, golden yellow, white, and even purple, it depends on the contents.
The color shade of bronze powder varies with the zinc content. When the zinc content is below 10%, it shows deep gold effect, known as pale gold color (close to red color), when zinc content is 10% to 25%, it appears rich light gold effect, known as rich-pale gold; when zinc contents is around 25% to 30%, it shows light gold effect, known as rich gold (close to green color).
we recommend that 1000mesh main use for offset ink, 800mesh use for gravure, pet film and coating, 200mesh use for gilding material , 400mesh use for flower paper, screen printing.
Gold powder printing is got by mix copper-zinc alloy with coating printing binder and other additives to form a gold powder printing paste, then printed into textile, finally got printed patterns.
