Masterbatch for Aluminium paste, aluminum powder and silver pelletized aluminum
There’s 3 kinds of raw materials can be used for masterbatch, aluminium paste, aluminium powder and pelletized aluminium.
A. Leafing aluminum powder. The characteristic of leafing alu powder is high purity, low smelling, small amount usage, but leafing aluminium powder have some dangerous during in processing and producing.The main application of leafing aluminium powder is used for PE, PP, ABS, PC, PC/ABS.
B. Leafing aluminium paste. Leafing aluminium paste with high solid content, grade JH2617W-80. The advantages of this grade is high whiteness and brightness, because of it contents solvent and have high cost effective/ higher cost performance/ economic. Meanwhile due to contents solvent, the grade is flammable and have little smelling. Applications include PE, PP, PS, ABS, PC, PC/ABS.
C. Pelletized aluminum. The advantages of pelletized aluminum are high whiteness, easy disperse, no smell, no danger, passed the strict VOC (volatile organic compounds) emission standards.
Application: pe, pp, ps, abs, pc, pc/abs.
1. When it used for Agricultural plastic film, due to very light colour it can increase sunlight and prevent pest.
2. it can also used for engineering plastic or modified plastics, like shell of dust collector, shell of our home appliances enclosure/ household electrical appliances.
The common problems for pelletized aluminum in the present stage is it may have marks after producing finished. This problem cannot find solutions till now because of too many related elements, for example, manufacturing technique, moulds, operating temperatures and so on. Fortunately, we could adjust it on site if customer requires.
Our pelletized aluminum get FDA Certification and can be used for food package.
