how to product gas aluminium paste
product way for gas aluminium paste .
1， raw material should be high purity aluminium foil , should be use same thickness , without impurity
2， grinding mill
should be put aluminium foil with water and acid fill to mill , keep mill all the time same temperature , can be use cooler water adjust water temperature . when material get fine size then stop .
3 ,out of aluminium paste
when mill stock working , should be again fill clear water , running 3-5minutes then suck aluminium paste out
6， out of water for aluminium paste
we are use pipe suck aluminium slurry to the filter machine , use filter machine let water remove from aluminium slurry , normally we are keep aluminium solid at 65-70% , depend on client request .
7. after finished filter job , we will bee again mixed aluminium paste 1-2hours so that keep aluminium paste uniform particle size with same solid .
8. we will be pick sample from mixed machine do laboratory test , if all is paste ,then will be loading to drum .
