GLS-65 is standard grade use for AAC production . this type aluminium paste made from high purity aluminium scrap , the solvent is water , the add special chemical as grinding medium , final it is get flake shape silver color gas aluminium paste , we aslo call it foam agent .
this type aluminium paste have high active aluminium , easy to disperse to water , excellent gas rate , easy to use , main use for light weight concrete block ,as foam agent .
all production standard , we are strictly follow JC/T407-2008
solid bigger 65% active aluminium bigger than 85% , size 0.075mm sieving less than 3% , gas time 4minutes 40-60%, 16minutes 90% 20 minutes 99%
during use this type aluminium paste should be carefully follow cause
1， aluminium paste should be stock cold and have windly place .
2， should be far away water , alkali rust powder place .
3， after used should be sealed well drums
4， stock time 6-12months .
