aluminium paste made by aluminium ingot , first we will be melt aluminium ingot to aluminium liquid then through nitrogen gas protect to be spary to aluminium powder . then we will be choose like 1-2 um 2-3um very narrow particle size distribution .
then we use aluminium powder produce to aluminium paste, first aluminium powder add chemical and solvent to be grinding to aluminium slurry , then through sieving machine , collect uniform particle size , then through filter machine get high solid , finally will put to kneading machine get suitable solid .
aluminium paste can be use for difference type ink , plastic , paint , AAC and so on .
